Payments and Access

Payments are processed by Creem or Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record.

After successful payment confirmation, Pro download access is enabled in User Center for your account.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed case by case when the product is not delivered as described or cannot be accessed.

Please submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase with your order email and issue details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method according to Creem, Waffo Pancake, and bank processing timelines.
